Web Conferencing Tips - Reminder

Hello Everyone!

Today I felt I would put in a quick reminder about your web conference room. Remember just because you are the boss and you work on your computer it don't mean you have to live with your computer 24/7. Especially with web conferencing from VereConference you can set the conference room up so that it is working for you even when you are not home or sleeping. You have complete control over the look and feel of the conference room as well as the URL "welcome" page that is there when anyone enters the room. so for example I was camping this last weekend and even though I was miles into the forest with no power or even cell phone servis my web conferencing room was working for me the whole time I was away.

Setting up your oom just right so people can watch videos about you or your company, having order forms, or info pages, links to you and your company from the URL of the page they see as they first enter will work for you even when you are not there. Now don't get me wrong being in the conference room in person is importent but you do not need to be there 24/7. Let the room work hard for you while you get the needed "get away" time.

I trust your summer is moving along well and you all are getting out and getting some sun. I know we sure are. Think I need to have them put in a tent though for my web conferencing room so I can go camping online. Smiles.

Lately I have been following a thread thanks to Butch on WebConferenceRoomNews.com where he is getting and comparing all sorts of different web conferencing systems. Just like I suggested people do in some of my first post on this blog. What is surprising to me again even after I did this some time ago that thepricing structure of many of the new and even those that have been arround for a bit are still so much higher then the web Conferencing system VereConference provides. I mean a lot higher in many cases too for all of the different size rooms. Here is an example pulled out of Butches post...

The pricing structure of Adobe was phenomenally expensive. For the 5 person started pack, $375.00 per month. I would say that this would leave practically all small to medium sized home business owners way behind. Naturally, my vote must go to Vereconference. This incredible web conferencing system is practically nothing compared to Adobe. Only $17.95 per month for all the same features (except video). Hey, you know what, I can certainly live without the video in my web conferencing system.

you will surely recognize the creater of this one web conferencing system being compared to VereConference. To me this is insanely expensive for what you are getting. I can pay $18 a month for a 5 seat room with unlimited use and as a affiliate get 7 of that back, witch anyone can be a free affiliate and do the same to get the money back each month from their own room. So Doing your homework like I have said in the past surely is improtent in cases like this when it comes to price. You want a web conferencing room that works well but do you need to pay hondreds of dollars for it? NO WAY!

Web Conference Room Tips - Meetings

Hey!

I trust for each of you your summer is going very well. My kids and I have had lots of fun in the sun and surely to love summmer time in the Pacific Northwest. Although it does take a lot of air to fill up the blow up pool ... grin.

I was setting up a new Master Mind Group for myself to work to some amazing people in my web conference room. It accured to me how simple now that I have the room all set up that it is to set up new meetings and classes. The VereConference web conferencing system does make it easy to use the room but also makes life so much easier for me the end user. For those of you still looking at each web conferencing system out there be sure to look at each of the parts and especially the difference in prices. Anyhow not only was it easy to set up this new meeting but it is even easier for each person who is in 5 different states to jump right in with no hassles at all to be a part of this Master Mind Group. Plus with all the tools the web conferencing system has to offer we ill get so much more then what a conference call would of offered us.

Since it is summmer I am getting work done but I am greatful I can set things up quickly and easily so then I can get back outside and enjoy the summer while it is here.
