With this you can be fully prepared for a great slide show to go along with you teaching the people in your web conference room. As the conference moves along you can have complete control of your slides. The conference room even allows for you to load in the white board so you can mark up your slides with checks, circles, errows, lazer pointer etc. Using the power point presentation gives you the power to look smarter and also not oforget any parts of your class since you have the slides to lead you along. Web Conference Room Tips - Team Up

Today I was reading a post about how a great person is developing laptops for kids that is not only priced right for even third world areas but also smart with being waterand dust proof and a crank charge batory. Thus allowing children world wide to have computers and not just those who have the funds.

From this and idea came about teaming up with them and their laptops to also educate those kids on how to use them via a web conference room. This is a great idea since where ever that computer eds up the kid can learn on it how to use it. Live and intractive trainning educating them. The web conference room is a great match for this.

How can you do the same? how can you team up with another program to ulitilize your web conference room to help them? Can you do a special training for a non-profit that you feel passionent about? Can you offer up slots of time in your web conference room for other programs to use? How can you and your web conference room help others? Team up and see the success that can happen.

Hello!

Welcome to this monday! I will make a quikc post today that I am sure you will all agree with. Just because it is quick don't feel it is not powerful. It may be one of the biggest secretts to success with anything. All the success I have seen and seen in others has signs of being persistant in the success.

Your web conference room is the same way. As you are taking my tips and adpting them to suit you and your own web conference room be sure toad in the persistant part to insure success. Commit to "untill" untill you reach what it is you are after. Untill you get the results you planned for or are happy with. Untill the job is done. Persistants will lhold you to it and you will see success in its own time and in its own way.

Web Conference Room Tips - Balence

Hello and welcome to the weekend!

I trust you all are having fun! Today is a lazy day here for me and my kids I have had my web conference room open but been away from it most the day and letting the conference room work for me today ... smiles.

My tip for today is arround balence. You do want to be sure you balence all that you do, even in your web conference room too. When you work work work and spend all day every day working you can toss yoursel out of balence. Like a person in a conue if you ony pattle on one side you will go in circles and getting to your desired destinations will be tuff this way. Life is the same if you spend all day every day for long long hours in your web conference room and not take some time for yourself, your family, your friends etc you will begin to become off balence and find it difficult to make it to your desired destinations or goals. Now don't get me wrong hard work is well and good just in moderations ... smiles. What good is being rich if you have no one to share it with at the end?

Balence your days, weeks, jobs, life etc and you will find you can move much more smoothly and even faster at times getting to where you want to go in a straighter line rather then circles like chasing your tail ... grin.

Web Conference Room Tips - Create

Hello everyone!

Todays tip is on creating a business or immage with your web conference room. Since you have complete control of your web conference room and you can do everything you want to do with it. So because of this you need to take a look at the whole picture and see how can you create an image for you. rather then for your company you work for or prodcuts you offer. You see just because you are a rep or dist of the company. You still will want to create your own personal image to get better results and set yourself apart from the rest.

Creating an image for you can be shown in each area of the web conference room and can be done in many many ways. One simple way is the logo. You can create a logo that fits you and your image you wish to create. This is a simple way to get things started and can be a simple pic or one not so simple. Nice thing about this is once you create the logo then you have it and do not need to make it again. A one time energy that will pay for years to come.

You can also ad to your image you are creating by class topics you decide on. The title of your class will in a lot of cases be the first thing people read. This is a great place to start the creation of your image.

As in past post just simple color changes can also help with your image and how you create yourself using your web conference room. So don't feel creating an image is a big thing. Start with some little things like this and then build from it as you grow.

Web Conference Room Tips - Challenge

Todays tip arround the web conference rooms is more like an extension on the contest tip. Or even just a twist to it. I just joined a 100 day challenge and this brings a few ideas to me today.

1. This challenge will give me more to use in my trainings I put on in my web conference room since it is with my main business personal development. So how can you do the same? what sort of challenge or event can you join or even put on yourself to use the content in your web conference rooms?

2. I am keeping track of each of the 100 days and will use my web conference room as a recording studio to create the MP3 I will need to upload onto uTube. Again a great way to yet again use the conference room for soemthing i need for another product or project. How can you do the same? Are you creating things you can do faster easier first in your web conference room?

3. This challenge will keep me on track and accountable for the next 100 days. Again think how might you do the same with you and your web conference room?

I am sure there is more and excited to be a part of this challenge i will have to find ways to create my own challenge for more success too. For now I will put this one to the test and have FUN doing so.

Web Conference Room Tips - Use

I recently read a press release on web conference rooms. It had a very real point to it. It pointed out that just purchasing a web conference room will do you no good if you do not use it. Just like any tool you get for your personal life or business just buying it does not get the job done it is made to do. Purchasing a lawn moeer does nut get the grass cut in that one action alone. Although like me would sure be nice ... smiles. But you have to start up the moer and run it over the tall grass to cut it. Your web conference room is the same. Just buying one and even setting it up is not good enough. You need to use the room each day and in every case you can think of. You need to use it for a veriety of different ways. And to be smart you need to promote it to others as you find how much you love having a conference room you need to share so others too can find out how useful a web conference room truly is. Use your room promote your room, and find how much you do love it!

Today I wanted to talk about doing a contest to promote and or get traffic to your web conference room. This is a great way to have some fun with your conference room. You can do this in so many ways too. The prize can be what ever you see fit either large like a free vacation or small like a party in your web conference room for the winner. The contest can simply be a vote on something. A suggestion and chosen suggestion becomes a winner... Waht ever you feel would get traffic to your web conference room.

Examples...

I held a contest last year when I started my personal development newsletter. The winner who decided the newsletters new name got a free personal development book. You can do something like this to name your web conference room or similar. For me the cost of a book was well worth it I got extra visitors to my site, more post on the forum since that is where suggestions were made and lots more plus each person got on my mailing list for the new newsletter too.

I ran into another one just this week I liked a lot. Not only will her contest get her fresh content for her site it will also get her a ton of links back to her site as well thus helping her with the search engines ... in fact here I will show you exactly how she set it up...

1. each person submitting their entry puts something like this on their page, blog, myspace, etc...

Web Conference Room Tips - Marketing

Morning everyone!

I trust you all had a fantastic weekend. Today I wanted to post about marketing and your web conference room you now are finding to be a large part of your every day business and personal life. Last week I didn't see it but I have heard all about Cysco and their online conferenceing system making its daybue on the popular show 24. Shwoing in real time how the president and some important person from Rusha half way across the world ... sorry slips my mind who ... anyhow they made some very important and fast decisions while meeting in a web conference room on the web.

Looking at this though really this tells you a few different things. Like so many other products of done such as Pepsi, clothes, GM etc this is a way for publicity about their product and how you can see it being used by some of your favorite actors and actrises thus in turn this marketing is their hopes that you too will buy the product too. Todays marketing on TV You will also find now that their web conference room was on 24 you will see many mmany comercials now on that channel and others too encouraging you to get their web conference room.

Now I do want to point out some of my first post arround here on this blog and please do do your homework first before you go out and buy a extreamly high priced web conference room system just because you saw it on TV.

Another thing though seeing this web conference room being used in a highly popular show that many people watch lets you know that the web conference room is growing and more and more people are finding out how much it does make life so much better and easier for personal and business use. Again proof that there is somthign here and soon in the future web conference rooms will be widely used just as cell phones and microwaves are today.

Lastly think how might you market your own web conference room such as Cysco is doing? Perhaps not quite the large scale big ticket way such as TV but you too need to market and whow others how to use a web conference room and how it can be used in their every day life. marketing yourself and your web conference room will get you bigger and better success.

I am currently listening to a great book "Your Destiny Switch" by Peggy McColl and getting a lot out of it. It is dealing with emotions and how you can controll them like a dimmer switch for a light. Rather then having your emotions controll you you can use her teachings in this book and the website that goes with it to get yourself out of negative emotions quickly and to create or stay in possitive ones longer.

This book brings you with my tip today about your web conference rooms. With a web conference room you can create an image that is you or your company depending how you wish to come across. so adding in emotional things such as music, pictures, and personal classes you will find you can use emotions in your web conference room to assist you in getting the point to your visitors. Wether you are not in the room you can do this with your URL they see as they log into the conference room. Or as a part of the class you can find ways to use your emotions to get the results you want. T

Web Conference Room Tips - Radio

Happy May day!

Just like a web conference room is not just for trainings the radio is not just for music. You will find that today the internet not ony is hosting all sorts of Am and FM radio stations where you can listen online live to your favorite stations but today online radio shows are taking off too. Everything from talk shows to your favorite music can be found on web radio shows. Some are even radio blogs and podcast of other things like a web conference room training.

So how do a web conference room and the radio mix?

great question and the answer is in many ways. Here are some of those ways...

1. Use your favorite musec from your favorite station to get things started before and after a training in a web conference room. Feeding in music as people arrive for a training or meeting in your web conference room is a great way for people to get their volume set where they want it along with letting them know things will get going soon etc. Plus this ads a more effective gathering then just silence when entering a conference room. Plus you can set the tone with different kinds of radio feeds into the room.

2. Many people are presenting in their web conference room and at the same time brodcasting a radio show of the same training simotainiously to get the training out there farther and faster. Using this radio feed gets the information out to web land more. Plus when a room gets filled or you are not there live to be in the web conference room you can still catch the replay of the radio show.

3. You can use the radio to get more exposure to your web conference room meetings and trainings. What ever you choose to do with your conference room you can use the radio to get the word out more. Example today I was on a radio show that does interviews and got to talk there about what I am doing. Or you can simpley get a comercial on the radio for a training you have coming up soon. yet another way is to be a caller in with a question to some other person on the radio and many times get the chance to talk about your business or what you have going on in your web conference room. Also if you are smart and promoting web conference rooms as a business you can use the radio to get the word out more about them to educate people on how a conference room will help them too.

4. You may just wish to have sound as people are in your room when you are not "home" and feed in a radio station for them. One training I was in recently even showed us how to do this and give your visitors the options to choose from a few stations. This ads a fun eliment to your web conference room.

5. you can start your own radio show arround anything you wish even soemthing like this blog just talking about web conference rooms or something you do with them. Or like a web conference room as a tool to help you do more business online.

See the radio is a great media and you have a veriety of ways to incorperate a web conference room and the radio today. Think ofit and how you may wish to use the radio to further do business online.
