Hey everyone!
As you can see I have ben away from this bog for a bit. A nice thing about a web conference room after you set up the home page URL you can still get a lot of work done even when not in the room physically. I have been playing with my kids a lot now that summer has officially started. So as I am off playng my web conference room is hard at work for me. Ansering questions, advertising, communicating aobut my stuff I do and have for each of my visitors. I love the fact that even when I am not here int he room itself the web conference room with the home page URL all set up will work hard for me 24/7.
Away from your computer for many is hard to do. We love them and find it hard to get work done when we are not right in front of it. A lesson I learned or am learning better put is to not become a slave to my computer and have to be in front of it 24/7. Setting things up right so you can be away from your computer and your web conference room is a smart smart way to go. So set yours up and then GET AWAY!

Web Conference Room Tips - Technology
Hey everyone!
I trust your week was super. I feel I got a lot done yet there is always more huh? smiles. Anyhow thought I would touch on technology today. Technology is wonderful and if not for forward thinking people and advancements you would not be reading this great blog on the web. As things grow you will find that technology is forever changing.
I wanted to put in my 2 cents though and caution you on using the latest greatest technology right out the gate. I feel you should test it some first and know what you can about it before jumping right on it. I also think you need to consider all that is involved with it.
My example is with a popular web conference room software that is widely being used today on the web. They have users and clients all over the world. Recently they upgraded their web conference rooms with java. Java is great and has many aplications. I even use it to create some great effects with my pics and tabs on some of my sites. However when it comes to java and text with blind people such as myself. Well there lies a problem. Java to a screan reader that reads text is jsut a picture to screan reader. So any java on a page is seen as a pic and not read by the computer to a blind user.
This particular web conference room went and turned their text chat area and the menu's into java. Therefore eliminating the use of these areas by screan readers and then making the web conference room useless for blind users with screan readers.
Now to the company the java looks great ads in some helpful featurs and such. But did they mean to eliminate use for their blind users? Probally not and most likely don't even know yet.
So technology is great and helpful but in some cases can cause troubles such as this web conference room software this week. I then caution you to play with it first know how and what you need it for and decide weather or not it will do more harm then good before addig into what you do and use.

Web Conference Room Tips - Training
Hey Everyone!
I trust your monday is off to a terrific start. I will make this post quick so not to take up all of your monday. Just wanted to touch on trainigs. You by reading this blog have learned all sorts of things about your web conference room so you can put on a great training or have fun with your friends and family.
Well also attending trainings in other web conference rooms will assist you in improving how you best use your web conference room to its fullest potential. There is a ton of great free online training today in several web conference rooms all over the place. Some can teach you how to further use your web conference room more, some will teach you how to promote better, some will teach you HTML to improve te look and funtion of your conference room and others will work with you and communicating better with those who enter your room.
I suggest to attend as many of these trainings as you can. This is how I have learned all I teach you along with useing and playing with my own web conference room. One of the great places online to get free training is from the calender at http://VereConference.com on the left you can enter the colender and get free training daily. do this and you will find you can learn so much quite fast.

Web Conference Room Tips - Free Rooms

I wanted to expand on having a free web conference room. I feel there are a few ways to look at this. Many systems out there do have some form of a free web conference room so you can take a look at their conferencing system before you buy. Some are a watered down version of their web conference rooms, others are a full version with a time limit to use them. This is a great way to have a free web conference room to play with and see each of the features etc. In many cases you can even keep getting a free conference room over and over again and never pay for one. However this method you will need to keep setting up and making chages to the new room each time.
another way to get a free conference room with those that have affiliate programs or refferal payments you can get into the habit of sharing with others the web conference room system you love and how well it helps you both personally and professionally. Sharing with them and either helping them do what I am teaching here or as they just flot out purchase their own system will help you get your web conference room paid for from the comisions you earn.
Example you show and help 3 people get and pay for a 5 person room. You work with them so they each like you find 3 people who get and pay for a 5 person room. also teaching these new people to do the same and teach the same. This will go on and on and each person because they have 3 paying rooms who inturn have 3 each under them that = 9 on that level you will be earning well over what it cost for your own web conference room and will even some extra to spare.
With this too everyone now has an amazing free tool that will help them communicate with others more effectively all over the world and completely free for just sahring and teaching this one little idea and web conference room.
