Just like a web conference room is not just for trainings the radio is not just for music. You will find that today the internet not ony is hosting all sorts of Am and FM radio stations where you can listen online live to your favorite stations but today online radio shows are taking off too. Everything from talk shows to your favorite music can be found on web radio shows. Some are even radio blogs and podcast of other things like a web conference room training.
So how do a web conference room and the radio mix?
great question and the answer is in many ways. Here are some of those ways...
1. Use your favorite musec from your favorite station to get things started before and after a training in a web conference room. Feeding in music as people arrive for a training or meeting in your web conference room is a great way for people to get their volume set where they want it along with letting them know things will get going soon etc. Plus this ads a more effective gathering then just silence when entering a conference room. Plus you can set the tone with different kinds of radio feeds into the room.
2. Many people are presenting in their web conference room and at the same time brodcasting a radio show of the same training simotainiously to get the training out there farther and faster. Using this radio feed gets the information out to web land more. Plus when a room gets filled or you are not there live to be in the web conference room you can still catch the replay of the radio show.

Example today I was on a radio show that does interviews and got to talk there about what I am doing. Or you can simpley get a comercial on the radio for a training you have coming up soon. yet another way is to be a caller in with a question to some other person on the radio and many times get the chance to talk about your business or what you have going on in your web conference room. Also if you are smart and promoting web conference rooms as a business you can use the radio to get the word out more about them to educate people on how a conference room will help them too.
4. You may just wish to have sound as people are in your room when you are not "home" and feed in a radio station for them. One training I was in recently even showed us how to do this and give your visitors the options to choose from a few stations. This ads a fun eliment to your web conference room.
5. you can start your own radio show arround anything you wish even soemthing like this blog just talking about web conference rooms or something you do with them. Or like a web conference room as a tool to help you do more business online.
See the radio is a great media and you have a veriety of ways to incorperate a web conference room and the radio today. Think ofit and how you may wish to use the radio to further do business online.

When looking at the web conference rooms and the idea of money you can look at it a few different ways.
1. You can see that adding in a web conference room to your every day life will save you money in time not wasted and in not having to use more expencsive choices like phone calls to other countries. This one idea and savings alone truly makes the web conference room worth it.
2. Hello All!
I trust you each had a wonderful weekend such as we all did here in our home. Spring is finally peeking its head out and we were sure to get in the yard. How about you?
Spring brings me with todays tip with your web conference room. With all the change of clors and new growth arround here in the pacific north west change is very noticeable right as you step outside. Online there are also changes happening each day. Having a web conference room for some like me is one of those noticeable changes. Have you made this change like suggested by myself and others? This will for sure ad new color and possitive growth to your site and how you communicate with others.
I know for many this is a step out of their confort zone. Web Conference Room Tips - Easy Button
There is a comercial I have heard for some office supplies where they have an easy button to make it easy to get what you need. This is a great tip and works well too when it comes to your web conference room. I was working on my image the other day so people can meet with me live right from any site I put the link on. Now wehn anyone clicks on that hyperlinked image they are entered directly into my web conference room. No having to enter an username or password. Simply click and wammo they are in the room. Making it easy for others to meet twith you in your web conference room will allow that many more people to do so that who would not other wise be bothered to type in a user name and password. Plus this also removes the misspelled password etc from your guest eliminating troubles getting into your conference room. Most conferencing systems should allow this feature and therefore you need to use this little simple tool to make life easier on your conference room visitors.
Some other tips with this link are...

1. the first part is they feel they need to know everything about the web conference room before they do anything at all in it. I feel though the best way to learn is to do. so getting a web conference room and learning the basics will get you started. Then as you use the room more and more you will get the knowledge on how you can further grow and use more of the tools an settings provided. You don't need to know everything to be effective in the room. Plus reading blogs liek this one and going to classes in other web conference rooms will help you grow in your won conference room and how you use it. Waiting till you know it all will waste time and practice you can have using your own room will speed things up. Plus really sicne things are always in motion and changing you will never ever know it all about anything. It is like an athleet who is larning something new they are told how, then shown how, then they attempt it, then they do it after several attempts in most cases and then perfect practice makes perfect. Your web conference roo can be the same. I now have told you a lot about it, you can enter my conference room or others to shown some basics and get a demo of the conference room, then you get one and start using it, and then you will do more and more in it. You have all the knowledge you need and will learn more as you go.

I feel even if this web conference room is going to be used for business use only you still want to personalize each part of the room to fit you as a person. Yes ad in the business logo down at the end of the conference room. and yes use the title tags and such to make the web conference room ready for business. However do personalize the welcome page and log in page some not only to reflect the business you are working but also to reflect you as a person. This makes it more real and people will take to you faster and better then just a busienss. The human aspect of personalizing your room will make you as the presenter that much more real and more people will listen to what you have to share while in the conference room. Just look at how well My Space is doing. This shows people like people and not just a machine. Think about your web conference room and how even when using it for business use only how you can ad in YOU.

I did post about it a tad before and how you have a few seconds in your login page to make that first impression. Well today I spent some time setting up a page just for my web conference room as people enter my personal room they will get some basic info on me, the conference room, and some of thwaht I do. You see this page is like a comercial for you when you are not in the room. Even when you are asleep at night your conference room can be working for you.
I currently am using my own web conference room in many different ways so I wanted to be sure each person who came in first felt welcome and then had an idea on how I was using the room. I also will ad links on there so as I am not in the room to help them live they still can get answers and also find out more about me and all I do.
I suggest you consider doing so as well. Make a page for your business. Make a page that will advertise for you 24/7. Make a FUN personal page. What ever fits you and how you wish to use the conference room. Since I plan to use it for all I mixed it up some and added a bit about it all. Web Conference Room Tips - Action
Welcome everyone!
I trust those of you who celebrate easter had a fantastic holiday weekend such as my family and I did. I even heard of some out there who could not get together in person who mett with family and friends in a web conference room and shared pictures and time together. A great use of the web conference room.
Today I would like to talk about taking action. Having a web conference room is all good. Setting up your conference room for personal or business use is great. Visulizing the success of your business with the adition of your new web conference room is even better. Today I am going to borrow an idea I read from Cindy again about web conference rooms. She had a brilliant idea after training in her web conference room and decided to place the MP3 recording of her class into a podcast. This way more people would get to hear what she trained on.
The quality of the recording is high and therefore placing the parts of it is simple to do in a vereity of ways such as Cindy did with her podcast. Taking what she spoke on in her web conference room and placing it elsewhre is a perfect way to do more. This more also gets her a larger reach thus getting the information she teaches on in her conference room out farther and faster to the web world.
How can you do more with what you have done in your web conference room? What are some of the uses you can come up with to spread things out more? Keeping it on your ehad and not doing anything will frustrate you and also cause clutter both in your head and arround you. Do it NOW while you are thinking about and aget it done or at least going. Now at the min at least write down what it is you need to do and schedule it into your day or next day to get it going and or done.
You see if you need to get to Seattle from L.A. and the car is gassed and you know where you are going and witch route to take the simple thing now to do is start the car and get on the road. Sitting there thinking about it more will not get you on your way to Seattle at all. Planning and plannig the trip will not get you there untill you start the car and get it on the road. Your thougths and ideas about your web conference room are the same way. You will not be given a thought you can not accomplish so once you get the idea run with it and get the job done.
Some cases it is as simple as deligating the idea too so keep that in mind as well when you know of something you need done now that can be done by a different person then do feel free to deligate that work. Still though do not put it off do it NOW so that the job does get done.

Web Conference Room Tips - Take it Easy
Hello!
Todays Web Conference Room tip is about taking it easy every so often. A web conferenceing room is terrific. It helps you get more done better and faster and it improves your communication with others all over the world. One could find themselves living in this new room of their life 24/7.
Now having your web conference room open 24/7 is a perfect plan. However you physically being there in person all this time is not. You need to take it easy once in a while and get way from everything. Doing this will rejuvinate you and refresh you to be more effective when you return to yoru web conference room.
Even just a 5 minute break once in a while can give you this refresh feeling. as well. Even when you are teaching a multi hour class in your web conference room you need to schedule in breaks. Remember you are at a computer and it is not wise to sit thre stairing at the screeen with no break. You
Taking care of yourself and your health will give you the chance to have more time in your web conference room. It will allow you to not waste days in bed sick. It iwll allow your emagination while you are away to strengthin. And much much more.
Take little breaks each day and take a day here and a day there once in a while too. Then ad in that vacation and you will find that even though you are away from your business and your web conference room you are getting more done and done better and faster tooo.

Today I would like to talk about sharring your web conference room with others. You can share the room in a vereity of ways. Once you have the web conference room all set up the you may think of different ways you wish to share it with others.
One way may be by placing it on your business cards. So as you share your cards with others they will have access to you via your web conference room.
Another way is simply by word of mouth to your family friends, and such similar to how I explained in previouse post.
A unique way I thought of yesterday while sleeping ..oops I mean attending church ... smiles just kidding. Anyhow while sitting there I saw them with the power point projected up on the wall. And well it came to me that I can have the fed from the live servis being placed into a web conference room for others who can not make it in person to still attend church. I know there are a few people that because of many reasons health, out of town etc can not make it but would love to be there live in a web conference room. So I am sharing my web conference room with teh church so they can put this into action.
Thus this sharing really is by letting them use my room on Sundays for this use. As it grows and their website gets many visitors to the web conference room on Sundays then I will set the church up with their own web conference room wich will be soon... smiles.

I know there are a few people that because of many reasons health, out of town etc can not make it but would love to be there live in a web conference room. So I am sharing my web conference room with teh church so they can put this into action.
Thus this sharing really is by letting them use my room on Sundays for this use. As it grows and their website gets many visitors to the web conference room on Sundays then I will set the church up with their own web conference room wich will be soon... smiles.
How can you now share your room? Again use your emagination even if it comes to you while you are sleeping ... oh ya I mean attending church or what not.

yesterday I left my web conference room tip in a hurry. and rather then edit that post I will just start over on that thought today. One of the nice things about working at home is you are the boss ... smiles. I chose to spend some time with my family and call it a day when my kids ran into play with me I just couldn't resist. Sorry for the delay with this web conference room tip, I trust you all understand.
So getting back to business with your conference rooms. You want to look at each of the ways you deal with people each day. How can you ad this in? Just like cell phones you can make your new web conference room fit into your life quite easiliy and even improve your communications with others dramatically.
Having a web conference room even for personal use will change the way you work with others in amazing ways. You will find more and more ways too as you use the conference room and as yo go through your days different ideas will come to you on how you can use your meeting room to improve your life and how you communicate with everyone.

Web Conference Room Tips - Incorperate
Now that you have your web conference room and you are ready use the room to meet with others. You now need to incorperate your web confernce room into all you do. Like many have done with the cell phone and it is now second nature to use it you need to add your web conference room into all the ways you meet and communicate with others. Like I have said before your imagination is your only limit.

Web Conference Room Tips - Create
Alrighty now you have invited people to meet with you in your web conference room. You maye even taken the time to set a schedule on what you will teach and wehn the conference will happen. You maybe even set it up as a Webinarr or one of the new terms used these days for ongoing online conferences in your web conference room.
Now my tip is to begin the creation of products you will make with your web conference room. Create the outline and put together how the final presentation will look and be done in the conference room.
Now if you just got your web conference room for personal use ou still can create fun things to have or use while in your conference room. For example last summers vacation just sitting there inside your computer? Why not create a slide show, invite in some family out of town, play some great music over the VOIP,, and share the pictures in the live brouser or on the white borad. On the white board you can even mark them up, point things out, or pause and go back too. So dont' feel with just a personal web conference room you don't have things you can create.
You may even want your room for both so create things for both .... that is what I do. Any way I can I will have people meet with me in my web conference room or some other conference room rather then the phone or eamil etc.
Have Fun with the creation process and remember therre are no limits so take your time with this one and make something you will be proud of. Also it is not written in stone it is written in computer ... lol. So don't feel it has to be perfect you can create more and more as you wish and as you learn more.

Todays tip on your web conference room is how to use it effectively. Now you have the conference room all set up. You have gone and tested the web conference room and you even went and played with the room tools and such so that you are fully prepared for people to enter your conference room. So have you set a time and day for your first training in the conference room? Or have you invited anyone to meet with you in your room to show them arround? Perhaps you have even shared with others how their own web conference room can help them too and invited them to your room to show them arround?
You have many options here and can take it slow or you jump right on in. Uses the white board to bring in pictures and captions he will use while talking with leads in his conference room. He fully prepares everything in the web conference room so to be ready for the presentation. After he feels he has the web pages and everything else ready Richard then will go back and ad the audio to the presentation that will be done in the conference room. This way once he has a prospect in his web conference room Richard will know the presentation is ready and will be more relaxed using the room and his presentation.
This is a perfect tip for your new web conference room. Get yourself prepared for how you will be using the room. Even for personal use with your friends and family you will want to know how to use the room to fully be prepared for each meeting in the conference room.

now the web conference room is all set up huh? You went and made the conference room fit you and your needs and made adjustments to the room accordingly to how you wish to use the room? Remember that in some web conference rooms you can also make changes at any time. So don't feel you are stuck with the changes you made.
