Todays tip on your web conference room is how to use it effectively. Now you have the conference room all set up. You have gone and tested the web conference room and you even went and played with the room tools and such so that you are fully prepared for people to enter your conference room. So have you set a time and day for your first training in the conference room? Or have you invited anyone to meet with you in your room to show them arround? Perhaps you have even shared with others how their own web conference room can help them too and invited them to your room to show them arround?
You have many options here and can take it slow or you jump right on in. I suggest you go there too read waht she has to say on the rooms and getting them in.
You may just want to use your conference room to meet with prospects one on one with live presentations in the room and that is great too. Simply invite them there and off you go. I suggest to get things going you may wish a quick phone call first since most still have not realized what web conference rooms can do so liek the phone still for now. And if you are inviting via email these days on the web you never know when that email gets blocked or placed in the spam folder. So the phone to connect real qick an then inform them about your web conference room ... stay on the phone as they log in and you see them in there and then hang up the phone. This is a great way to invite anyone into your conference room.
You can also do this when others call you too. Let them know you are working on the computer and it would be better they talk with you in the web conference room you have set up so you can keep on working. Again wait till they are fully in the room and then hang up the phone. Now how is that for multi tasking?
After a while you will get in the habbit of the room always being open on your computer and people will just pop into the conference room to get you just as if they picked up the phone and called. So much better then the phone though.
Get inviting now and find more and more ways you can invite people into your webconference room and how it helps you get so much more done and brings you closer to everyone you come into contact with.
