now the web conference room is all set up huh? You went and made the conference room fit you and your needs and made adjustments to the room accordingly to how you wish to use the room? Remember that in some web conference rooms you can also make changes at any time. The VereConference web conference room I chose to use for example will even let me change settings on the fly instantly even durring the middle of a meeting in the conference room. So don't feel you are stuck with the changes you made.

Now I suggest you test it. Take the room for a test ride to see that each of the settings do work the way you expected them to. This way you can see exactly how you have it all set up for the room and also wil have the chance to make any changes to your conference room if you feel you want the room a bit differently.

So pick a friend or family member and take the entire web conference room through a test before you truly use it for other things.

Again let me point out though most web conference rooms do let you make changes down the road so you can do so at any time.
