Welcome back everyone to the web conference room tips blog.
Now you have got your own web conference room and you are working on setting it up to fit you personally for your own conferencing needs. Did you play with the colors of the room? How about the layout of the room? Did you move the text chat area to a differne tpart of the conference room? making your mark on the web at times is a challenge but having this new web conference room and setting it up for you will make the difference in how you communicate with others both personally and professionally.
Now I will stay with set up and point out a few more things you will want or not wnat to do with your new web conference room.
Think now how will you most use this new conference room? What is your goal for the room? Who will you be working with in the room? Large trainings? one on one presentations? family and friends and my space contacts? Truly the use of the web conference room is entirely up to your emagination.
I ask though do you want your room publick or private? Reason is for publick rooms you want to be found therefore you want to set up your web conference room with the propper title tag and keywords etc for what you wish to be found for.
So take advantage of owning this web conference room online and set it up to be found for keywords you target and will use the room for. Use the page they see as they come into tthe room to help you with what ever your goal is of the room.
So the tip for today is to figure out how you will use the conference room and what ways can you set it up to do this?
Now if you are after a private room there are things here you can do too. Like change the log in to a spacific password for each person, and change things in the title tag and such too.
So go back to setting up your web conference room and see how it is best set up to help you with your end goal just as a web page would.
Remember to have FUN and use your emagination on it too.
Expect Miracles...
